Our Story

Siena Italian Trattoria & Deli is an authentic Italian restaurant, Deli, bakery, and marketplace located in the Summerlin community of Las Vegas. The Deli was established in east Las Vegas in 1978 and has since expanded to a spacious 12,000 square foot contemporary eatery. The Trattoria opened in 2010 and featured the most authentic Italian Cuisine in Las Vegas. The warm and inviting space includes indoor and outdoor dining areas, a private dining room for special events, a bar lounge with live entertainment, and an adjacent Italian deli and bakery.

The Restaurant

The name says it all. Siena Italian Trattoria & Deli is a real Italian restaurant with a menu full of authentic dishes made from the freshest ingredients. Food is made from scratch daily in the kitchen led by Milan-raised Executive Chef Giancarlo Bomparola, who embodies the spirit of northern Italian cooking with dishes inspired by his heritage and recipes passed down through generations. The menu features a variety of authentic Italian starters and Insalate, including prosciutto e mozzarella, Guazzeto, and antipasto salad, as well as pizza and calzones, a large selection of house-made pasta, seasonal dishes, and specialties.

The Deli

Siena Italian Deli is an authentic Italian deli, Italian bakery, and Italian marketplace adjacent to the Trattoria. Established in 1978, Siena Italian Deli has served the Las Vegas community for over 40 years. It features a large selection of Italian specialties, imported cheeses, imported meats, dry pasta, pasta sauce, freshly baked bread, gelato, and homemade desserts.

Our Chef

Giancarlo Bomparola

Giancarlo started developing a passion for cooking and, in general, the restaurant business. As a young teenager, he was driven to develop himself further and perfect his craft. Giancarlo left his family in search of an experience that would advance him in knowledge.

Today he is a successful self-starter Chef and has gained an abundance of experience in every restaurant business. He has been sought out to participate in many management and cooking exposes.
